He was founder of Karmaveer Shankarrao Kale Education Society . For progress of Rayat Shikshan Sanstha, he worked with Hon Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil. All the members of Karmaveer Shankarrao Kale Education Society are following his path.Due to his efforts, in June 2002, Sau Sushilamai Kale Arts Commerce and Science College was established, which was recognized by Government of Maharashtra and affiliated to Savitribai Phule, Pune University with 140 students This college was started in 1 August 2002, with Arts and Commerce streams .On 14 January 2008,Dr.Narendra Jadhav (Vice-Chancellor) inaugurated new building of this college .Stream of sceience was started in 15 June 2011.

In the age of competition and globalasation,students from rural area have to face the challenges so, this college has been started.In future,due to this college, responsible citizens will certainly handle administration of our country. Most of the people from this particular area belong to farming background, most of them are economicaly and socialy backward. This college is one of the opportunities and key to success for these students.

Our college provides the best education to undergraduate students in the field of Arts, Commerce and Science. In most of the years our result is between 80% to 90%. Many students from our college are now teachers,professors, lawyers, police inspectors, politicians, etc. After successful education, they are now important part of society.
