Principles of Hon.Shankarrao Kale Saheb (Ex-M.P.) were very clear about education and society. Straight forward attitude with sympathy about the rural youth was one of the aspects of his life. All of we are travellers on his path of straight forward principles. So we are committed to provide higher education to rural youth.

Sau. Sushilamai Kale Arts, Commerce And Science College, Gautamnagar is one of the leading colleges in rural area which was established in Aug.2002. Our college prepares students by inculcating values such as logical and analytical thinking, ethics, honesty and integrity that are essential for academic excellence and thus passes way for all round development.

We infuse the qualities such as management, leadership, creativity disciplines, life-skills and soft skills in the student and make him /her “a complete student.’’

Teaching faculties of the college are really devoted, energetic and expert in handling the new technologies, so I fill pride to mention the same When I think about future of the college, I am able to create an imaginary picture that it is growing in teaching, academic research and result.

Karmveer Shankarrao Kale (Ex.MP) was not only the founder of Education Society’s but a prudent leader, who always thought about common needy people .We are also following his principles while working in education field and thus reaching our destination. I think that’s the best way to serve nation by serving mankind.

So, This college will be milestone in the field of the education, certainly in future.

It’s my pleasure to work as a secretary of Karmveer Shankarrao Kale Education Society. Under the guidance of Hon.Shri.Ashutoshdada kale (MLA) , Education Society’s work is in progress. Sau. Sushushilamai Kale Arts, Commerce and Science College, is one of the branches of our Society. All of we are on the way which was shown by Hon. Karmveer Shankarrao Kale (Ex.MP) , so our commitment is with society and students.

Education and social service these are two sides of a coin. Our institution is trying to develop social responsibility among the students, with the help of education .I am certain that we are fulfilling and meeting the demands of both, society and students and at the same time satisfying them and thus getting closer to our goal.

In modern education system it is need of time that we must think globally and act locally. In the age of Globalization and Liberalization, Biotechnology, Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence are most important elements of education .We must accept recent technology for higher quality education. We will have to accept multi-disciplinary and inter disciplinary approaches. We must concentrate more on Applied Research than Theoretical in Research in future. The Entire education system must be student oriented for the bright future of student community and global welfare.

After the considering the request made by Sau.Sushilamai to late Ex.M.P. Hon. Karmveer Shankarrao Kale. Sau.Sushilamai Kale Arts ,Commerce and Science College Gautamnagar Kolpewadi was started in rural area, for the students in the country side area, in August 2002 with just 140 student. As it’s name shows , the college run three streams –Arts ,Commerce and Science with six subject as special in Arts and two specials in Commerce. In Science fives subjects are for specialization. During the last 18 years the college made dazzling progress.

For the poor and needy student, the college runs Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil Earn and Learn Scheme, so that they may complete their education successfully. To inculcate research attitude in students and teachers, seminars are arrange.College provides the platform for Alumni to express their feelings and emotions in their development of lives. To maintain the environmental balance, we generate electricity with the help of solar unit, received from SPPU’s Cell and use for college work and remain is provide to MSEDCL.

We have fromed various academic committees such as competitive exam guidance committees, women complaint redressal committee, antiragging committee, placement cell, soft skill development committee in our college and all the teachers work continuously .

We are working under the guidance of Hon’ble Chairman Shri Ashokdada Kale Saheb (Ex.MLA). Hon.Shri. Ashutoshdada Kale (MLA) and Hon. Chaitalitai Kale (Secretary) both of them are working enthusiastically in education field.There valuble guidence is very important to us. Sau. Sushushilamai Kale Arts, Commerce and Science College, is in rural area so Hon. Karmveer Shankarrao Kale (Ex.MP) had an attachment with rural students, our college is also following his path. So we are committed to teach value based education to students.

I must assert that the Governing Council of the college, with our education society guided by chairman Hon. Ashokdada Kale saheb, Trustee Hon. Ashutohdada Kale saheb ,Secretary Hon. Sau. Chitalitai Kale , Joint Secretary Hon. Sau.Snehaltai Shinde, Hon. Sau.Pushpatai Kale and, all honurable members must be thanked for their valuable guidance and unending support.
